Respectful learning Use the Academy respectfully. Do not harass, discriminate, threaten, publish others' private information, impersonate a learner or attempt unauthorised access. Do not upload unlawful or harmful files or deliberately disrupt the platform. Protect your login and report suspected account misuse. ## Honest work Submit your own work and acknowledge sources and collaborators. Do not copy answer keys, purchase assignments, misrepresent another person's work or manipulate completion records. Follow any collaboration or tool-use instructions shown on the assignment. AI and assistance rules for assessed submissions: [[AI_AND_COLLABORATION_RULES]]. Until approved and communicated, do not invent a blanket ban or permission. Disclose assistance where requested; the learner remains responsible for accuracy, reasoning and appropriate handling of data. ## Content and confidentiality Respect Academy materials and third-party intellectual property. Do not resell access, redistribute protected lessons or expose assessment answers. Use anonymised or fictional stakeholder details where possible. Obtain permission before uploading another person's work or confidential organisational material. Do not include security credentials or card details. ## Fair response Reports should identify the concern and relevant evidence. Record investigation findings, give the learner an opportunity to respond where appropriate and choose a proportionate response. Possible measures may include correction, resubmission or restricted access only under the approved process. Certificate changes require recorded administrator action and must retain history. Investigation steps, authorised decision-maker, sanctions and appeal route: [[INTEGRITY_ENFORCEMENT_PROCESS]]. Do not claim automated plagiarism detection, identity proctoring or a staffed investigation service that is not configured. Urgent technical restrictions may be necessary to protect accounts; explain the reason as far as lawful and safe.
