Learning access
RC101 remains free after registration. Other courses are included through their paid school entitlement or an authorised administrator grant. Learners may view their saved results after access expiry; starting new paid learning attempts requires active access. Course content, outcomes and prerequisites appear in the catalogue.
## Assessment rules
Show pass marks, formative/required status, attempt limits, retry rules, cooldowns and the result counted toward completion before an assessment begins. Preserve attempts and feedback. Objective lesson questions give feedback after submitting an answer; course tests and final assessments reveal results after the full submission. Correct answers remain protected until the appropriate stage.
Multiple-choice, true/false, scenarios, multiple-select, matching and sequence questions can receive automatic results. Partial credit applies only as configured. A score without a configured pass threshold does not establish a pass. Failed or invalid grading must not invent a result.
## Written work and feedback
Completion-only reflection is distinct from a graded assignment. Written assignments, maps, stakeholder analyses, action plans and final projects use the published rubric. Where human judgement is needed or reliable automated grading is unavailable, the status is Submitted — awaiting review. No passing grade follows solely from entering text. Any automated feedback must be labelled, with administrator review available and reasoned overrides recorded.
Manual grading turnaround and escalation arrangements: [[GRADING_REVIEW_SERVICE_STANDARD]]. Do not promise immediate final grades for human-reviewed work.
## Drafts and uploads
Drafts autosave and may be resumed; confirm saving before leaving. Do not edit the same draft concurrently on multiple devices without resolving a save conflict. Required uploads use the formats and size/count limits shown on the assignment. Upload only material you are entitled to share; avoid identifiable third-party confidential information. No malware-scanning claim is made.
## School completion and certificates
A school certificate requires every required course, lesson, activity, passing assessment and approved assignment, plus the school's configured completion requirements. Opening a page or clicking completion does not replace evidence. RC101 alone cannot earn a School 1 certificate. Required courses and content versions are recorded at enrolment so later additions do not unexpectedly change that learner's requirements or invalidate earned certificates.
Confirm your certificate full name before issuance. Eligible learners receive one certificate automatically, available in My Certificates with view, PDF and verification link. Public verification exposes only the fields described in the privacy notice. Issuance does not depend on email availability.
Certificates acknowledge Academy school completion only. No accreditation, academic credit, licensing, guaranteed employment or professional recognition is implied. Authorised signatory details are configured by the administrator, not invented.
## Corrections and appeals
Request a name correction or challenge a grade through the complaints/appeals route. Administrator-approved reissues reference the previous record, which becomes Superseded. Revocation requires a reason and audit history; it must not silently delete the record. Eligibility evidence, previous grades and attempts remain recorded.
